Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, but please note that customs fees may apply to orders shipping outside the United States. These fees may not appear on your order total, and may be incurred once your order reaches your country. Customers are responsible for their own customs fees. Please be aware of your country's customs rules before placing an order.

How long will my order take?

All products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing and packing after an order is placed, plus shipping time.

*COVID-19 Update: Our facilities are currently working at reduced capacity, so fulfillment of your order may be delayed by several days. Thanks for your patience. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
